Yes, it probably does!

How many men have been asked this question by their wives, partners, girlfriends or female friends? Notice how men always answer with “No, you look fine…” or “You look perfect…”

Women, you do realise that you’ve probably asked the same question to the same man over twenty times yet he’s given you the same answer. If he gives a lame one liner like “No, you look fine…” you should be weary as he’s actually saying “Yes, you’ve got a fat ass…”

Don’t despair, you’re obviously not fully 100% confident with yourself if you’re asking us men for our opinion. We’ll also comment on how good you look anyway and if there are men out there who don’t comment on how good our women look you need to shake yourself.

However, in all honesty if you do look a bit podgy round the edges I’d like to tell you that you are in the same way that I’d like to hear it back to me. Then we’d work together to sort ourselves out, there is nothing like putting on weight and not realising it. If you feel good in your own body, you’ll feel good everywhere else and in everything you’re doing.

So next time you ask if you bum looks big in what you’re wearing, it probably does and you probably need to do something about it. Cut out on the crap eating, up the amount of exercise and you’ll be fine.
