Talking Advice

I never received advice on how to speak in public, in front of people, groups or even interviews. I simply had to get through it any which way I could. Most of the early times I had to do it I was a nervous wreck! My hands would sweat, I'd stutter, forget what I was saying and just generally fall to pieces.
